- Airport pickups include a standard waiting time.
- Additional waiting time may result in extra charges.
5. Passenger Responsibility
- Passengers must ensure they arrive on time at the pickup location.
- Any damage caused to the vehicle by passengers may result in charges.
- Smoking, illegal activities, or unsafe behavior is strictly prohibited.
6. Luggage Policy
- Passengers must select the correct vehicle based on luggage requirements.
- Extra luggage beyond capacity may result in booking refusal or additional charges
7. Flight Monitoring
- We monitor flight schedules for airport pickups.
- Delays are accommodated where possible without additional charges (within limits).

- We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Traffic conditions
- Weather
- Road closures or unforeseen circumstances
- We are not liable for missed flights due to delays beyond our control.
